Payment of Fees
Fees must be arranged to be paid before the end of June each academic year. We suggest setting up online monthly payments beginning upon enrolment Or paying cheque/cash at the beginning of each term to Coole Music via Ellie Farrell, Administrator. There are three terms in the year each consisting of 10 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
By enrolling my child/children I hereby agree to pay the published fees for classes booked. I understand that two weeks paid notice is required in case of cancellation of individual classes. Any group class such as orchestra /choir needs to be paid in advance each term and is non-refundable.
