Discovery Orchestra, led by Katharina Baker and Rozanne Botha, is the second orchestra that Coole Music’s young players join after a year in the Voyager Orchestra. These children meet every second Friday evening (alternating with Voyager Orchestra) to practice their orchestra music together, but also to train all other aspects of musicianship through singing, clapping, dancing and games. The Discovery Orchestra performs at the Coole Music Ensemble concerts as well as the Valentines Cake & Book sale concert in Kinvara in February and at the Spring into Music concert in Loughrea.
