OURchestra Summer Camp was born from a collaboration between Katharine Mannion (Director, Athenry Music School) and Katharina Baker (Director, Coole Music).
The OURchestra Summer Camp is a 5-day residential course in August for orchestra musicians age 10-16, who have a level of playing that equals ABRSM grades 2-6.
The course is held in Esker Youth Village, County Galway and covers a variety of subjects such as Orchestra Playing, Chamber Music, Traditional Music Workshops, Music Appreciation Sessions, Improvisation, Juggling Training, Choir and of course a lot of summer camp fun!
